Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sort mail in delivery order for the route
- Handle undeliverable mail per regulations
- Deliver to homes and businesses
- Collect mail from roadside and relay boxes
- Track deliveries with a portable scanner
- Deliver and collect payments for postage-due and C.O.D items
- Return collected mail to the post office
- Provide postal forms and information to customers
- Perform basic clerical tasks
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance in uniform
